Generally speaking, third party recruiters are bottom feeding, sleazy salesman hired to help push down wages of incoming hires. Using a third party recruiter is indicative of poor company culture. How can a company claim to care about it's culture if it doesn't even play much of a hands on roll in who it brings in? Please help to expose these companies.
